Our Values

  • We live in a treacherous world that seemingly increases in its lack of patience for those struggling to find purpose, health, or direction. Society, and more specifically the online marketplace, in its infinite lust for cynicism, judgement, prejudice, and abuse, manufacture environments of peril that wreak havoc on an individual’s mental health; thereby, challenging the health of the body and the spirit.

Our community is determined to foster an uplifting culture of encouragement, support, and camaraderie. We will not tolerate childish attempts to diminish one’s experiences or allow critical comments to rule our space. We are building a supportive community for people who are looking for direction in their health journey and for others who want to help shape the health landscape of the future.

  • We believe that physical, nutritional, mental, and emotional health are all interconnected, yet are each distinguishable and invaluable in their own right. For instance, while we believe that physical, mental, and emotional health can all be affected by diet, there are integrative practices specific to each of these types of health that can influence behavior, thought, and help create an effective and purposeful lifestyle.

  • We believe that a low to zero carbohydrate lifestyle is the gold standard of nutritional intervention. We are staunch advocates for the inclusion of meat, particularly red meat, as a part of your daily eating regiment. Nutritional studies surrounding the mental and physical benefits of a ketogenic/carnivore (all-meat) lifestyle are beginning to make their way into mainstream literature and we as advocates of this way of living, want to continue to bring awareness to these benefits. The carnivore and ketogenic lifestyles are not weight loss fad diets. In fact, weight loss is simply one of many results seen in this way of living. There are thousands of personal testimonies of people who have implemented these lifestyle changes and seen drastic improvements in not only their physical health, but in their mental health symptoms as well.

Check out our Success Stories tab to see some of the phenomenal results people just like you have experienced in their physical and mental health.

  • We believe that in conjunction with diet intervention, human beings were made to spend time outside and exert their physical bodies. Movement, sunlight, lifting heavy things, fasting, and an elevated heart rate have been a part of normal human life since the beginning of time.

Sedentary living and constant comfortability have crippled our society. We aim to challenge that way of thinking and promote a lifestyle of rigorous exercise, basic movements, and natural rehabilitation.

  • The mental health epidemic is devastating our society at a global level. It is not just our belief that mental illnesses and neurodegenerative diseases can be avoided with proper nutrition. Studies conducted across the globe are showing the healing power of a ketogenic diet and more specifically, the impact of ketosis on brain development, mitochondrial healing, and extended longevity.

Thousands of individuals have found freedom from plaguing illnesses such as brain fog, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and many others.

We want to be clear that a dietary interventions may not change personal circumstances. Depression, for instance, could develop because of a traumatizing life event. While these feelings will absolutely need to be discussed and validated, our goal is to encourage individuals struggling to make it through the day, and that the common coping mechanisms (e.g., food, substances, sex, etc.) are hindering your ability to recover, recover well, and take your life back.

  • Society tells you to let your emotions rule your life. Any wise counselor, businessman or woman, life coach, psychology professor, or parent for that matter will tell you the opposite.

Emotions are complex and humans feel very deeply. While there is a time and place for all varying emotions to be demonstrated, there are many people who don’t know why they experience sadness on daily basis. Dealing with plaguing emotions, like sadness, can be exhausting.

We believe that with dietary intervention and the implementation of lifestyle strategies on a case by case, you can find your way back to baseline and let your body properly heal.

  • We believe that accountability partners are one of the best forms of support. Not only do accountability partners help one another maintain a direct vision of a specific goal, but they also support, encourage, and uplift one another in times of difficulty. Many people have a hard time finding a community that will rally behind them. Accountability partners can quickly turn into the community you never knew you needed. We encourage all of our members to create accountability partners on their journey to health and wellness.

  • Discipline is the foundation of every good thing. There are times when discipline comes naturally, and times when it doesn’t. Discipline requires you to keep your word to yourself. Are you afraid of keeping yourself accountable? Create an accountability partner. Do you feel you’re too far gone? Set a realistic goal for yourself that is actually achievable and work your way up. Use this community as an opportunity to gain insight into how people schedule their day and get themselves to do hard things. Doing something difficult or uncomfortable when you don’t want to is one of the most powerful, rewarding, and important feelings a human can experience.

Challenge yourself, create a strategy, and have some discipline.
